Even though I’m certain many of us (including me) would just grab those extra 18 minutes and unfulfillingly snooze them away anyway, it’s torturous to wake up realizing you’re still somewhat tired, but won’t be able to rectify that feeling with the time you have available..
Let Waking Up Before Your Alarm Goes Off, But After It’s Still Practical To Fall Back Asleep Die
